Terms of service

Using the service

You may use Agent Persona Forge to create system prompts for your own business or, on the Agency plan, for your clients.

Your prompts

Prompts generated for you are yours to use, edit and deploy commercially.

Responsible use

Don't use the service to build agents meant to deceive, harass or break the law. You're responsible for reviewing an agent before putting it in front of customers.

Payments

Plans are one-time payments processed by Stripe. All sales are final — payments are non-refundable. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact support and we'll do our best to resolve it.
